  I had to have a colonoscopy proceedure, for which my anxiety was overwhelming. I need to praise the nursing staff that sat with me, listening to a jibbering wreck and kept a vigil on me ensuring i was safe. Incredible staff. Today during my proceedure i have to thank mike who not only reassured me throughout the process, but held my hand throughout. My consultant Mr Bajwa, such a wonderful caring professional. I know i was a challenge, and i cant thank the team enough, from Julie Grey, sadie, Ashley, lorna, mike and Mr Bajwa. Some other hospitals need to take lessons on excellent patient care. You go above and beyond and i cant thank you enough.

  My daughter went to this hospital in April with her ct scan results that showed disc degeneration and a prolapsed disc!!! ..on arrival ahe wasnt seen by a proper back specialist but a scope practitioner who was rude to say the least..she made out there was nothing wrong n that my daughter had fibromyalgia!!!..we came away hurt and disgusted..We have today been seen by a proper specialist at a different hospital who is now going to start proper treatment to correct these discs and treatment for the nerve damage she has...how did she get this so wrong or couldnt she be bothered that day...

  I have had several operations over some years, at Fitzwilliam hospital. The doctors and staff are amazing. I find they go out of their way to make sure you understand everything. After one operation, my doctor rang me over a bank holiday. Asking was I ok. The best hospital I've been too X
